Fit it to your tent
Standard is 56cm wide; Wide/Thick is 69cm wide and 10cm thick. Check room for other gear and bedding as well as mat length.
Deflate and pack
Open the outlet, release air and fold into the bag. Practice inflating and packing before your trip.

How to use
- Close the outlet securely and open the foot-pump inlet.
- Pump repeatedly with your foot, then close the inlet when the mat reaches your preferred firmness.
- Open the outlet and fold while pressing out the air to pack.
BEFORE YOU GO
Before use
Not intended for use inside vehicles or as a daily bed replacement. Remove sharp stones and branches. Avoid overinflation, jumping and concentrated loads such as kneeling. Do not use as a flotation device.
Inspect valves and the mat before use. Remove dirt and moisture, then dry fully before storage.
Frequently asked questions
Is it self-inflating?
No. Inflate it by repeatedly pressing the built-in foot pump.
Can I use it for car camping inside a vehicle?
The manufacturer does not recommend use inside vehicles. It is presented here for tent camping.
Can all versions be joined together?
The manufacturer lists joining buttons on Wide/Thick only. Do not assume Standard has the same feature.
